Shipping policy

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland & Northern Ireland)
  • Selected international destinations (shipping rates calculated at checkout)

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • As we work with a range of trusted eco-friendly suppliers, some items may ship directly from our partners.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days
  • UK Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 working days
  • International Delivery: 7–21 working days

Delivery times may vary during busy seasons or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier rates.
  • Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Green and Glow is committed to sustainability.

Where possible, products are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable packaging. Some partner suppliers may use their own eco-friendly materials.

Dropshipping & Supplier Fulfilment

Some items available on Green and Glow are shipped directly from our eco-friendly suppliers (e.g., Jungle Culture).

This allows us to:

  • Reduce carbon emissions by shipping directly from the source
  • Offer a wider range of sustainable goods

If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Green and Glow cannot control or predict these charges.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the parcel cannot be delivered:

  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at green-and-glow@outlook.com and we’ll investigate with the courier/supplier.

Missing, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on supplier policy.

For missing parcels, we will work with the courier/supplier to resolve the issue.
