At Green and Glow, we want you to love your eco-friendly products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging, where applicable
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as reusable straws, toothbrushes, skincare, beauty products, or food-related items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

Email us at green-and-glow@outlook.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Do not send any items back to the manufacturer unless we instruct you.

Returns for Dropshipped Items

Some products are shipped directly from our eco-friendly suppliers (e.g., Jungle Culture).

For these items:

  • Return addresses may differ depending on the supplier
  • We will guide you through the correct return process
  • Some suppliers offer free returns, while others require the customer to cover postage

We always aim to follow the most sustainable return route to minimise carbon footprint.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us.

Exchanges depend on stock availability and supplier policy.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Beauty products
  • Soaps, balms, or skincare
  • Reusable straws, cups, or toothbrushes
  • Food-related items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider (some banks take longer to release funds)
